Short character about:
Role of sergeant and sealer, Ilsa shows no fear towards the things appearing in front of her. Behind her harsh insults towards her subordinates and fellow colleagues, shows her determination on her role wished to see her cadets thrive with discipline.
As the only thing she feared of being hated is to see the fear of her comrades, dying in a swift death. This was her reason why she tends to yell at them with no anger spared towards her own platoon. This also applies to known members like Beatrix, Zeta and etc.
Other than that, she seemed to enjoy shopping, eating sweets and thinking about other things that isn’t related to her job. That is something where the black-haired erune was surprisingly calm and friendly about which brings others a surprised reaction for the first time.
Even siding with the skyfarers, Ilsa always belonged to the Society along with her platoon.
Personality:
Strict in the inside, Friendly in the outside. Ilsa was known as the ‘Demon Sergeant’ for her intimidating demeanor that had changed her ever since she joined the ‘Society’. Within her hard work and obtaining her weapon, Nybeth, Both were unstoppable on doing missions involving primal beasts through sealing or subjugation from her superiors. Is this hard-hearted erune serious on this kind of job? She always was.
On why she was like that as a drill sergeant which made her heart hardened to almost demonic that can bring fear towards her own soldiers and the other members like Beatrix, Zeta, Vaseraga and Eustace and given them codenames whenever she’s present around them. Sometimes, she also calls them by their names.
She met with the Captain of a certain skyfaring group through intel as both will fight side by side on whatever the skydom offers Let it be a primal beast or something dangerous, it must be stopped.
Ilsa and her platoon were willing to save the skydom from the moondweller threat right after Alandus transformed into Versatile and caused havoc. Even with good relations, she remains loyal to the Society until today. Her role during that time was on the back-liners, helping out the ones on the front.
Asides from being a feared drill sergeant, She always dreamed of being married at all and start a family and all that but however, that was merely prevented because she was always busy with her work around the ‘Society’ which gave her no time to find a boyfriend that can understand her someday.
Whatever the trials she goes into, Ilsa faces them with determination.
Even when pursued by an unknown enemy with her own students. Demon Sergeant or as a Quartermaster, Ilsa is still Ilsa and none will change that.
Abilities: As the wielder of Nybeth, the Gun of Arbitration. Ilsa also knows how to use them very well like how the other Society members with their own weapons does.
( Her skills and Burst Erasure only work if she has Nybeth. Hellfire Club requires a Type-3 Aerial Mine for usage. If not possessing it, all won’t work except for some others. )
- Passives
Neun Kugeln - Each shot costs one bullet per shot. Always starts with full ammunition. Ilsa’s first passive.
Gun of Arbitration - Boosts damage when one bullet remaining. Reloads instead of attacking. Ilsa’s second passive.
Guerrilla Warfare - Increases 20% of Defense when ‘Entrenched’. Increases 15% of Dodge Rate when ‘On the Move’. Cannot be used both but only one.
- Offensive
Sacred Hell - Unleashes a photon beam fired from Nybeth. It automatically reloads nine used bullets as it requires an empty ammunition to use it and has a delayed time. Inflicts ‘Petrify' to the target.
Ear Ringer- Fires a barrage of shots from Ilsa that can deafen her target and the user as well by chances. Uses up to all of her ammunition. More the bullets, the stronger it gets. It can’t be used immediately as it has a delay of three.
Evensong - A single but lethal shot that uses only one bullet towards her target. Reduces target’s defenses ( DEF Down ) once hit.
Shadow Eaters - Fires a single shot that lowers accuracy ( ACC Down ) towards her targets. Hits more than a single target.
Hellfire Club - Sets a Type-3 Aerial Mine that can cause paralysis to those detonated with it through explosion. Immediately explodes if target uses a special move.
- Defensive
To Arms - Allies gained an increase of defensive resistance to Dark. Grants Entrenchment. Cannot be linked with Midnight Mover.
Midnight Mover - Allies gained an increase damage towards Light. Gains On the Move. Cannot be linked with To Arms.
- Charge Attack
Burst Erasure - Fires mercilessly towards her target and finishes with an exploding beam as the finisher. Uses all of her ammunition and reloads after.
Burst Removal - Unleashes a barrage of shots with Nybeth and fires an explosive bullet afterwards to deal massive damage. Uses all of her ammunition and reloads after.
Weapons/important items:
Gun of Arbitration: Nybeth - Ilsa’s primary weapon, which is a pair of long-barreled guns used for subjugating and sealing primal beasts, contracted for her personal use. It was always loaded with nine bullets but each shot shows terror towards her enemies and primals alike. Her source of ammunition is unknown of how she uses it.
Type-3 Aerial Mine - Ilsa sometimes carry these dangerous mines ready to be detonated to those unlucky. It shares the same explosive power as a ‘Claymore’ that can stop movement for brief seconds or minutes once it explodes.
